  • State Aggregators: We transmit EVV data to authorized state aggregators as required for Medicaid compliance

HIPAA Compliance

SimpliCares is committed to compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). We enter into Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) with covered entities as required by law.
